  • Insufficient blockchain confirmations
  • Depositing via unsupported smart contract methods
  • Missing or incorrectly filled Memo/Tag identifier
  • Depositing unsupported cryptocurrencies/networks
  • Tokens under maintenance during deposit
  • Tokens delisted by Niza.io during deposit

1. Insufficient Blockchain Confirmations

For normal deposits, each cryptocurrency requires a certain number of confirmations on the blockchain before it can be credited to your Niza.io account. Ensure that your deposit meets the minimum deposit requirementdeposits below this threshold will result in the loss of your funds. Additionally, deposits made with unsupported assets or through incorrect networks will also be lost.

Reminder: The confirmation requirements vary for each cryptocurrency. Please be patient until the required confirmations are completed.

 

2. Depositing via Unsupported Smart Contract Methods

Some cryptocurrencies cannot be deposited through certain smart contract methods on Niza.io. In cases like this, smart contract transfers will not be recorded in your Niza.io account. If you have used an unsupported smart contract method, you must submit an "Uncredited Deposit Return Application" form. This will be reviewed within 1-2 business days, and you will be notified of the result via email or notification.

3. Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag Identifier

Certain cryptocurrencies, such as XRP, ATOM, require the inclusion of a Memo/Tag (identification code) when transferring. If your deposit does not include the correct Memo/Tag, it will not be credited. In such cases, please submit the "Uncredited Deposit Return Application" form. We will review it within 1-2 business days and promptly inform you of the result via email or notification.

3.1 What Is a Deposit with Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag?

The Memo/Tag is an additional identifier required by certain cryptocurrencies to ensure that the transaction is properly allocated. Cryptocurrencies like XLM, XRP, ATOM, TON, and others require the correct Memo/Tag to be provided at the time of deposit. This is necessary for the assets to be credited correctly.

4. Depositing Unsupported Cryptocurrencies or Networks

4.1 Unsupported Cryptocurrencies

If the cryptocurrency you are depositing does not match the supported contract address on Niza.io, the deposit will not be credited. Even if the cryptocurrency shares the same name, using an incorrect contract address will prevent the deposit from being processed. Please check the token's contract address carefully.

4.2 Unsupported Networks

If your deposit uses an unsupported network or address, it will not be credited. Please ensure that you are using the correct deposit network for the cryptocurrency you're transferring. If the network is incorrect, please submit the "Uncredited Deposit Return Application" form, and Niza.io will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Depositing Tokens Under Maintenance

From time to time, certain tokens may be undergoing scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. If a token is under maintenance during a deposit, it will not be credited until the maintenance is completed. You can check the deposit status on the token’s deposit page for any maintenance notices. Once maintenance is completed, you will receive a notification regarding the status.

6. Depositing Tokens Delisted by Niza.io

If you have deposited tokens that have been delisted from Niza.io, these deposits will not be credited. Please contact Niza.io customer support for further assistance in resolving this issue.
