Phishing refers to fraudulent attempts by scammers who impersonate Niza Global’s staff and trick users into clicking malicious links or downloading harmful applications. When users open a phishing link, they are prompted to provide sensitive information such as usernames, verification codes, fund passwords, and more. Scammers use this stolen data to access and steal assets from the users' accounts. Phishing scams often come in the form of spam emails that seem to be from Niza Global’s official email address.

How to Be Prepared:

1. Always remain cautious when you receive:
   ● Deceptive emails pretending to be from Niza Global
   ● Fake URLs that mimic Niza Global’s official website
   ● Suspicious text messages with links, urging you to withdraw funds, verify orders, or perform other actions that protect your funds from fabricated risks
   ● False links shared on social media platforms

Please do not click on suspicious links or articles shared by unfamiliar sources. If you suspect you’ve clicked on a malicious link and your account information may have been compromised, visit Niza Global’s official website immediately and update your login and fund passwords.

2. Anti-Phishing Feature:

Upon logging in, an anti-phishing check window will appear. Please verify if the anti-phishing code shown (using "niza" as an example here) matches the one you set previously. If you haven't set an anti-phishing code yet, we highly recommend doing so. It’s easy to set up by following the instructions:
Click on "Dashboard" → "Security" to set up your Anti-Phishing Code.

Where will the Anti-Phishing Code appear?

Once your anti-phishing code is set, every official email from Niza Global will contain an image of this code.

If the code in the email does not match the one you’ve set, you may have received a phishing email. Please take extra caution and report any suspicious communication immediately.
